Kalyan Developers is planning to launch 25 new projects by 2020, said R Karthik, managing director of Kalyan Developers. The company had recently handed over 90 apartments in Kottayam. <\/p>\n
\u201cBy 2020, we will be launching 25 new projects with more than 2,000 apartments and over 2 million sq ft of built up space. These projects are coming up at Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Thrissur, Kozhikode and Kottayam,\u201d he said. The firm is also evaluating the markets in Kannur and Kollam. <\/p>\n
\u201cRight now we have six ongoing projects \u2013 three in Thiruvananthapuram, one each in Kochi, Kottayam and Thrissur. We are coming up with nine new projects in 2019. Among them, two will be in Thiruvananthapuram, three in Thrissur and two in Kochi. There is a deal in the pipeline in Kottayam, which will happen soon, so that there will be one more project in the town. Also, we will be entering Kozhikode this year,\u201d Karthik said. <\/p>\n
Karthik also said that his firm had sold nearly 350 apartments so far, which is more than 5 lakh sq ft. \u201cWe will be launching 700 \u2013 1,000 apartments this year, which includes 200 apartments in Thiruvananthapuram, 250 in Kochi, 150 in Thrissur, 100 in Kozhikode and 50 in Kottayam,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n
Buyers from Mumbai, Bangalore or Chennai are investing in properties not only in Kochi, but also in Thrissur and Thiruvananthapuram, Karthik said. <\/p>\n
